Web Store Return & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with all of our products. We will gladly make an exchange, credit, or refund on any item purchased directly from Support the Journey, Inc.

If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, please contact us at givehope@supportthejourney.com.

Returns
All returns must be requested within 30 days of the date item was shipped. Items returned must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Items must be returned with a Return Authorization issued by Support the Journey, Inc.  To receive a return authorization please email return request to givehope@supportthejourney.com. Included in your return request must be the following information:

  • Packing list number
  • Your name, address, phone number, email address
  • Reason for return
  • Style number, color and size of item to be returned

Upon receipt of returned goods according to these conditions the full amount less shipping and handling will be refunded to the original tender.

Exchanges
Exchange request must be made within 30 days of the date the item was shipped. Please email exchange requests to givehope@supportthejourney.com. Included in your exchange request must be the following information:

  • Packing list number
  • Your name, address, phone number, email address
  • Reason for return
  • Style number, color and size of item to be return
  • Style number, color and size of new item

A Customer Service Representative will contact you regarding your exchange. If your exchange results in a refund, the refund will be credited to the original tender. If your exchange results in an amount due to Support the Journey, Inc. you will be responsible to pay prior to new item being shipped.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
